Product delivery
The usual shipping time for products in stock, purchased from our online store www.fabricadematrite.ro, is 1 - 3 business days from the moment the order is registered.
After completing your order, you will receive an email as soon as your package has been handed over to the courier. This will contain important details such as the AWB number, tracking link and the name of the courier who will make the delivery.
Please do not accept delivery of visibly damaged or broken packages and request the courier company to prepare a report regarding this situation and notify us as soon as possible.
Check the integrity of the package in the presence of the courier. The courier is obliged to assist in the verification, if requested to do so. Otherwise, please do not open the package, refuse it upon delivery and notify us. Complaints subsequent to the courier's departure from the delivery address will not be taken into account.
Obligation to pick up parcels
By placing the order on the website www. fabricadematrite .ro, the customer declares that he/she agrees with the terms and conditions of the website and undertakes to receive the order. The supplier reserves the right to recover by any legal means the damages caused by the customer who refuses to receive the package after it has been shipped. For customers who have refused to receive the package, we reserve the right to no longer receive orders except with advance payment (by online card or bank transfer).
Delivery fees
Fast delivery nationwide (24 - 48h), via Fan Courier :
- Standard Delivery
- 0 - 10 kg - 29 lei.
- 11 - 29 kg - 39 lei.
- 30 - 40 kg - 69 lei.
- 41 - 49 kg - 89 lei.
- 50+ kg - 119 lei.
Delivery time
For products in stock, the standard delivery time is 24 - 48 hours from the date of order shipment, valid for working days.
If the products are in stock and the order was placed by 12:00 , it will be shipped the same day, and will most likely be delivered to the destination the next day.
If the ordered products are not in stock or are only available on a pre-order basis, the estimated delivery time is 10-14 business days.
In situations where one of the ordered products can no longer be manufactured or can be made in another form but at a different price, the order will be canceled and you will be contacted to inform you. In either of the two situations described above, you will be contacted by a sales representative to confirm the order and communicate the delivery time.

The delivery time may be delayed in situations that arise independently of the participation of www.fabricadematrite.ro or the courier company, such as: unfavorable weather conditions, accidents or roadblocks, large volume of orders.
