Return Procedure

To return one or more products, you will need to contact us via a simple email, specifying your return request, order number, and the product requested for return.

The return period for a product expires within 14 days of:

• the day you take physical possession of the ordered products;
• the day you take physical possession of the last good – if you ordered, through a single order, several products that were delivered separately.

The return of products is made by express courier, with delivery to the address specified by MATRITE SILICON SRL.

If the delivered product is different from the one ordered, the return cost will be borne by MATRITE SILICON SRL. Otherwise, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
 

General Conditions

The products you wish to return must be in the same condition in which you received them, in the original packaging.

The product will not be returned if it shows signs of being used.

If the returned products or product is damaged, shows signs of use, unsealing, or has been tested in any way, we reserve the right to refuse the product for return.

The consumer no longer benefits from the same return rights if the ordered product was created according to his requests. Specifically, personalized products, made to order or those that by their nature cannot be returned - those that contain personalized images or texts of the customer's choice - cannot be returned.

Product categories that are excluded from the possibility of return according to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 of 04.06.2014, article 16 point c. – Supply of products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized.

The return of eligible products and their reshipment will be at the buyer's expense (at the costs requested by the courier companies for standard deliveries) and by the same transport method with which the shipment was made. Products that do not meet your requirements will be shipped back to the company SILICONE MOLDS SRL, at Strada Haga 18, in the same condition in which they were delivered - in the original packaging, with all labels intact, the documents that accompanied them and together with any gifts that accompanied the products. If the products that reach us show scratches, traces of use, broken seals, we reserve the right to refuse to refund the amounts. The return/reshipment costs will be borne by the customer, at the costs requested by the Courier for standard deliveries.

The amount related to the returned product will be paid by SILICONE MOLDS SRL within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment of taking over the returned products. The amount refunded following the return includes the initial shipping fee, if any or if it was included in the product price. The return is made only to accounts indicated by the Customer. No cash or refund returns are made.

Product Warranty

The return of products that are within the warranty period is the buyer's obligation. The buyer is obliged to pay the return shipping for these products.

The courier fee will be refunded only under the following conditions: the packages show severe damage or the products show manufacturing defects. If the product does not meet your expectations or the size is not appropriate, this fee will not be refunded.

Please respect the deadline for returning the products . The value of the returned products will be refunded by bank transfer.

Please keep the proof of shipment of the returned package until the end of the process of analyzing the possible complaint, and in the case of returned goods until the time of reimbursement.

We kindly ask you to check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier company representative. If the package arrives damaged, opened, please refuse to receive it and immediately report this fact to the e-mail address matritesilicon@gmail.com or to the phone number 0747 482 992. In order to avoid misunderstandings, the package will be photographed and a report will be drawn up together with the courier company representative specifying the condition of the package. Otherwise, any subsequent complaint is declared null and void.

If you later find that the product is defective, please contact us at the same email address, matritesilicon@gmail.com​ or at the phone number 0747 482 992. In the event that the purchased product has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced with a new product, provided that you notify us in writing or by phone, within 14 days of receiving the product. If replacement is not possible, the value of the product will be returned or another product can be purchased.

This return policy is valid for products purchased through the online store www.fabricadematrite.ro .

If you are thinking of returning the product, do not use it! You cannot use the products you have received before making a decision to cancel the purchase contract. The right of withdrawal exists to allow you to examine the product as you would in a store, not to give you 14 calendar days of free use.

Resolving possible misunderstandings.
