The design and physical prototype services represent intellectual property. These services are offered in the case of customized projects, the client benefiting from the final mold. The design and physical prototype remain in the possession of SC MATRITE SILICON SRL as a result of the ownership right and will be used only for the client who requested the customized project.

Order procedure

All products displayed on the site are available in stock or on order . All prices for products or services presented on the site are expressed in lei (RON) and are final sales prices to CUSTOMERS.

Orders can be submitted online, or, if you do not want to register on the site, or find it easier, you can contact us at phone number 0747 482 992 (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00) to register your phone order.

If you submit your order online, after completing all the steps correctly, you will receive an email confirming your order within 24 hours.

After the order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email confirming the shipment of the package, an email that will contain all the order details, the shipping method and the AWB number.

If you have submitted your order online and within 24 hours you have not received any sign from us, it means that you have not followed all the steps correctly for placing your order online and the order has not reached us. In this case, please contact us at the phone number 0747 482 992.

SC MATRITE SILICON SRL reserves the right to change the selling prices of the products presented, when conditions require it. Price changes do not affect orders already received!

Payment

Orders will enter production and will be shipped only when the order value is visible in the SC MATRITE SILICON SRL account.

Online payment by card – You can pay with a VISA or MASTER CARD bank card. After completing the necessary steps to complete the order, you will be transferred to a secure page where you can enter the necessary data to process the payment.

Payment by bank transfer (payment order) – It is made based on the issuance of a proforma invoice that will be received via email or WhatsApp.
The order confirmation contains all the necessary data for the bank transfer. We will prepare and ship the package as soon as we receive proof of payment via email to matritesilicon@gmail.com or when the money is in the account.

In the case of online or bank account payments, SC MATRITE SILICON SRL is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the CLIENT, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the issuing bank of his card, if the currency of issue differs from RON. The responsibility for this action lies solely with the CLIENT.

Contract and completion

MATRITE SILICON will include in the package sent to the CUSTOMER all the necessary documents to certify the purchase of the products/services by the CUSTOMER.

MATRITE SILICON will facilitate informing the CUSTOMER about the status of the order or remote contract.

The distance contract to which the documents certifying the delivery to the CUSTOMER of the products contracted by him, by SC MATRITE SILICON SRL, are added, becomes an honored Contract.

Transport and delivery

Considering that certain products can be personalized with the client's brand, this does not allow us to keep a stock and production and delivery are made to order only.

Our products can be delivered anywhere in the country and benefit from transport via express courier service in the main towns in the courier's location list. Orders are shipped from our workshop in max. 3-7 working days from order confirmation. Packages shipped via express courier usually reach their destination in 2-3 working days. During busy periods (Christmas, Santa Claus, Easter, Black Friday, June 1, etc.) or during periods of unfavorable weather conditions, delays may occur.

Delivery can be made to a natural or legal person in Romania.

Orders received after 12:00 on Friday and before 10:00 on Monday will be processed on Monday, in the order they arrive. If the volume of orders exceeds our processing capacity, they will be processed the following day. Special orders will have separate payment and delivery conditions established with the customers, depending on their specifics.

SC MATRITE SILICON SRL will make every effort to comply with the delivery terms mentioned on the website www. fabricadematrite .ro

However, SC MATRITE SILICON SRL cannot be responsible for any delivery delays or package losses caused by a third party or by the consumer or by an unforeseeable and insurmountable cause such as force majeure.

If the package is not received within the indicated time frame, we will investigate the reasons for this with the courier company. During this period, no refunds will be made.

Regarding the courier company, the delivery of the package will be made to the address specified in the order details. On the day the products will be delivered, you will be notified in the morning via an SMS that will also contain the phone number of the courier who will make the delivery, and in the event that you want a specific delivery time, you can contact the courier company representative and communicate this to him/her.

Right of return

According to the legal provisions in force, "the consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalties and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar working days from receipt of the product".

The customer is responsible for "the diminution in value of the products resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products".

The consumer no longer benefits from the same rights if the ordered product was created according to his requests. Specifically, personalized products, made to order or those that by their nature cannot be returned - those that contain personalized images or texts of the customer's choice - cannot be returned.

Product categories that are excluded from the possibility of return according to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 of 04.06.2014, article 16 point c. – Supply of products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized.

The return of eligible products and their reshipment will be at the buyer's expense (at the costs requested by the courier companies for standard deliveries) and by the same transport method with which the shipment was made. Products that do not meet your requirements will be sent back to SC MATRITE SILICON SRL, Timis County, Strada Haga, No. 18, in the same condition in which they were delivered - in the original packaging, with all intact labels, the documents that accompanied them and together with any gifts that accompanied the products. If the products that reach us show scratches, traces of use, broken seals, we reserve the right to refuse to refund the amounts. The return/reshipment costs will be borne by the customer, at the costs requested by the Courier for standard deliveries.

The amount for the returned product will be paid by SC MATRITE SILICON SRL within 14 calendar days from the request. If we do not receive this request, your money will be returned within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the returned products. The amount refunded following the return includes the initial shipping fee, if any or if it was included in the product price. The return is made only to accounts indicated by the Customer. No cash or cash on delivery returns are made.

• Product Warranty : The buyer is responsible for returning products that are within the warranty period. The buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping for these products.

The courier fee will be refunded only under the following conditions: the packages show severe damage or the products show manufacturing defects. If the product does not meet your expectations or the size is not appropriate, this fee will not be refunded.

Please respect the deadline for returning the products . The value of the returned products will be refunded by bank transfer.

Please keep the proof of shipment of the returned package until the end of the process of analyzing the possible complaint, and in the case of returned goods until the time of reimbursement.

We kindly ask you to check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier company representative. If the package arrives damaged, opened, please refuse to receive it and immediately report this fact to the e-mail address matritesilicon@gmail.com or to the phone number 0747 482 992. In order to avoid misunderstandings, the package will be photographed and a report will be drawn up together with the courier company representative specifying the condition of the package. Otherwise, any subsequent complaint is declared null and void.

If you later find that the product is defective, please contact us at the same e-mail address, matritesilicon@gmail.com or at the phone number 0747 482 992. In the event that the purchased product has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced with a new product, provided that you notify us in writing or by phone, within 14 days of receiving the product. If replacement is not possible, its value will be returned or another product can be purchased.

This return policy is valid for products purchased through the online store https://www.fabricadematrite.ro.

If you are thinking of returning the product, do not use it! You cannot use the products you have received before making a decision to cancel the purchase contract. The right of withdrawal exists to allow you to examine the product as you would in a store, not to give you 14 calendar days of free use.

Guarantee

According to legal provisions, consumers, within 2 years from the delivery of the product, will have the right to request the repair of the product or its replacement, free of charge, within a reasonable period of time that cannot exceed 15 calendar days from the date on which the lack of conformity was made known.

The guarantee is defined, by law no. 449/2003, as the commitment that SC MATRITE SILICON SRL assumes towards you, without requesting additional costs, to refund the price paid by the consumer, to repair or replace the purchased product, if it does not comply with the conditions stated in the declarations regarding the guarantee or in the related advertising.

1. Conditions under which the warranty becomes inapplicable or void:

The warranty is not granted to products that have been stored or used incorrectly, used inappropriately or for other purposes, altered or cleaned by improper methods or with inappropriate substances. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product, cuts, fire, damage, theft, discoloration of the product or component parts due to exposure to the sun or other strong heat source or due to contact with water, painting of the product by the customer, damage to the product due to calamities, breakage or scratching of the product due to impact, defects caused by storage in humid conditions, cleaning with inappropriate substances;

2. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the product.

The guarantee offered by SC MATRITE SILICON SRL aims to:

– Replacement of a product at no additional cost, if a lack of conformity, a manufacturing or material defect is found. The refund is made only if the product cannot be repaired or replaced, with the exception of long-term products in which the cumulative duration of non-functioning due to deficiencies occurring during the legal warranty period exceeds 10% of the duration of this term.

MATRITE SILICON is not liable for any losses, costs, lawsuits, claims, expenses or other liabilities, if they are directly caused by the failure to comply with the “Terms and Conditions”. If any of the above clauses is found null or invalid, regardless of the cause, this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses.

Once the order is placed, the customer accepts without objection the present "Terms and Conditions", their value being the same as a validly concluded contract, and the customer fully assumes the rights and obligations arising from the purchase on the website www.fabricadematrite.ro .

Final provisions
