You can purchase products from our store online, by phone, by email or via WhatsApp.

Order online

The product you want to order can be found either by using the menu at the top of the page containing the product categories, from the menu on the right with all product categories and subcategories or by using the search field. When you click on the order the product will be automatically transferred to the shopping cart.

After adding all the products you want to order to your cart, the purchase process continues by clicking the button and going through the order page. On the order page you will need to complete the following:

• Delivery method (Standard express courier shipping - 29RON/free)
• Order data: Name and surname, Full address (County, City, Street, Number, Staircase, Block, Floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable), Phone number.
• Payment method: choose the method in which you will pay for the order (CASH upon delivery of the package, by CARD or by bank transfer.

With the username and password you entered, you can log in to view your order history or the status of current orders, modify/delete your profile, or place subsequent orders without re-entering your contact information.

You can send your order by email to matritesilicon@gmail.com:

• Delivery method (Standard express courier shipping - 29 RON)
• Order data: Name and surname, Full address (County, City, Street, Number, Staircase, Block, Floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable), Phone number.
• Specify the desired products: Product name, Product code or product link.

There is no minimum value for an order.
