• The pigment is added to the mixture from the beginning to obtain perfect homogenization from a chromatic point of view.
• For a medium intensity color – the recommended percentage is 1-2% of the quantity of poured material.
• For an intense color – the recommended percentage is 3.5% of the quantity of poured material.
• The maximum recommended percentage is 5% of the material quantity – saturation point.
• The pigment is weighed relative to the amount of total casting material (percentage of total material)
• After weighing, the pigment is added to the material BEFORE adding water;
• Stir lightly with a spatula to mix the pigment through the material;
• Add water
• Mix very well to homogenize the color with the material and water
• If it is not mixed well, particles of non-homogenized color will remain;
• After it is very well homogenized, it is poured into molds;

1. Being a strong pigment, some colors such as black, green, blue can stain the inner walls of the mold, leaving a fine color particle. This can be removed by washing the mold.
2. If after washing the mold, the color particle is not completely removed, it will not transfer to the following products, if the mold is very well washed and dried;
3. It is recommended to wash the molds between each colored casting to avoid transferring color particles from one product to another.
4. After demoulding black, blue or green pieces, it is recommended to wash the molds immediately even if no more material is poured into them;
5. The molds can be washed with a soft sponge and detergent, with slightly warm water.
6. The molds must be thoroughly wiped and dried before colored casting - water splashes will leave lighter marks on the product.
7. The final shade depends on the color of the base material. If the base material is beige, cream or gray, it is also recommended to use white pigment to lighten the base material.
8. Multiple pigments can be added to the same material.
9. To obtain colors such as turquoise, purple, etc., different colors of pigments will be mixed (the same percentage or different depending on the desired shade)
